At Irevora S.A.S. ("Irevora", "we") we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and the supplementary regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

2. Data we collect
We collect data that you voluntarily provide when filling in forms (name, email, phone), navigation data (IP address, device type, pages visited) and, in case you invest, financial and identification information (national ID, tax ID, banking information) as required by CNV and UIF regulations.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (a) provide information about investment projects; (b) process your newsletter subscription; (c) comply with legal and regulatory obligations of the National Securities Commission (CNV) and the Financial Information Unit (UIF); (d) carry out statistical analyses and improve our services.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent, on the performance of a contract to which you are a party, and on compliance with legal obligations applicable to Irevora.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described and, subsequently, during the applicable legal limitation periods (minimum 10 years for data linked to financial transactions).
6. Disclosure and transfer
We may share your data with: (a) associated financial entities and real estate developers; (b) competent authorities (CNV, UIF, AFIP); (c) technology service providers contracted under confidentiality agreements. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your personal data, as well as to object to its processing. You can exercise these rights by sending an email to contacto@irevora.com with a copy of your ID. The AAIP is the supervisory authority where you can file complaints.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: TLS 1.3 encryption, two-factor authentication, annual audits and minimum-access internal policies.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of substantial changes by email or through a prominent notice on the site.
